In a context like this where extraordinary architecture, history and philosophy met,
to take along a path of mutual growth that we started this project...
to create a place to propose with revisiting, professionalism and elegance
traditional food, a place where give everyone an opportunity for growth, understanding
and knowledge of the area, a place to discover our soul.


The thick medieval walls and the underlying ancient Etruscan grottos along with a
excellent food and wine, have the opportunity to tell again with own silence
and time the wonderful history of this jewel that nature has given us...Civita.

Our land, ALTA TUSCIA so fabulous, archaic and primordial
said by this writer, it is one that has always seen a strong link
between man and nature. And in this area included the area between Umbria and Lazio,
characterized by variety and unreal landscapes unreal, that we
select all the raw materials used in our kitchen, as well as our wines.
An active collaboration with local companies , exclusively local wine ,
careful selection of raw materials, revaluation and reinterpretation of tradition dishes
...this is our cuisine.
The restaurant for up to 36 seats is on two levels, one of which
fully excavated in a charming and beautiful cave. The presented dishes are
the most typical of this area, following
with care and respect the seasons. Particular attention is given to
presentation and combination of flavors and fragrances: umbrichelli (pasta flour and water),
fettuccine are homemade, seasonal soups, bruschetta and vegetables pride of
local tradition, the best selections of cold cuts and cheese,
grilled meats and homemade desserts.


In the kitchen of our restaurant we produce every day fresh pasta and bread with a
resulting flour contamination of environments and employed persons.
For this reason unfortunately at the moment we do not offer a special menu for people with celiac disease.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

OPENING TIME:
In the period between April and October, our restaurant
will be open for lunch every day except Tuesday, and for dinner on weekends.
Between November and March, it will be open for lunch from Friday to Sunday
and for dinner on Saturday. We kindly invite you to contact us for more info
about opening days.
